For the Miami Parking Authority, this facility house two retail spaces on ground level, as well as more than 20,000 square feet of office space on the top floor.
Its striking architectural features, street "liners" on the second and third floor facades, and blue glass create a pleasing aesthetic effect, which is reminiscent of Miami Modern style.
This new facility will also serve as the perfect complement to the newly built courthouse to its north, complete with a passive reflection park on the corner of North Miami Avenue and Northwest third Street.
