Even with the architecturally landscaped community, Upper Darby

Township wanted to create the icon figure that can represent the

township. The site is surrounded by beautiful historical buildings and art deco facades and it is surely right place for both a compliment of historical heritage and the new vision

for future. In creating an architectural landmark I believed that architecture, structure and form are all essential elements to

design. And the direct access to suburban and city areas are also

taken into consideration during the design process.

The catalyst for more development in the future by creating people friendly, walkable, safe, quality community facilities township

at the heart of Upper Darby.
